The Trifold Shoulder Pads and all new laser cut laminate FlatPack Shoulder Straps offer an added level of comfort and breathability to our existing line of FlatPacks especially when operating for extended periods or under heavier loadouts. The Trifold Shoulder Pads are constructed from a comfortable and breathable thermoformed 4-way stretch nylon elastane and closed cell foam laminate that doesn’t break down over time and offers antimicrobial properties. The foam air channels created by thermoformed padding offers superior breathability to traditional spacer mesh pads, which lose breathability under compression. The included Trifold Covers feature an adjustable 4-way stretch internal channel for seamless cable management when running PTTs, EUD bridges, or hydration tubes.
The General Purpose Panel (GP Panel) is a lightweight zippered pouch perfect for secure storage of cell phones, charging cables, batteries, chem-lights, critical medical supplies and other similar sized equipment. The GP Panel attachment system utilizes VELCRO® Brand HTH extruded hook (aggressive hook with precise grip and shear characteristics) for secure attachment to any VELCRO® Brand loop surface expanding the storage capacity and increasing gear organization on packs, bags, rifle cases, etc.
The Clear Top Insert Bag was designed in collaboration with members of SOCOM to quickly organize and identify medical, breaching, and other essential equipment stored in the main zippered compartment of the FlatPack and FlatPack Plus (all models). The clear top window on the front panel makes visual identification of packed items fast and efficient.

The Radio Caddy (RAD CAD) was designed in collaboration with NSW and AFSPECWAR ASOS units. The RAD CAD provides a rigid organizational panel for carriage of two handheld radios, such as the PRC-152A, PRC-161, PRC-163, PRC-148 MBITR and other MANET devices such as the Persistent Systems MPU-5. The RAD CAD features elastic pockets for secure radio retention without sacrificing accessibility for battery swaps as well as a proprietary MOLLE/shock cord cable management system for secure storage of radio cables and radio antennas. The RAD CAD was dimensioned for carriage inside the outer zippered pocket of the FlatPack and FlatPack Plus and also features a Velcro hook backer for secure carriage inside the main compartment of the FlatPack and FlatPack Plus (or any similar sized pack).
The Hub Board Caddy was designed in collaboration with NSW and AFSPECWAR ASOS units. The Hub Board provides a rigid organizational panel enabling carriage of hub systems and auxiliary batteries. The Hub Board features an elastic pocket for secure auxiliary battery retention without sacrificing accessibility for battery swaps as well as a proprietary MOLLE/shock cord cable management system for secure storage of hubs and routing of cabling. The Hub Board was dimensioned to accommodate hubs as large as the GlenAir STAR-PAN VI and most of the common auxiliary batteries offerings from Galvion, WarriorPak, and UltraLife.
The FlatPack Piggyback Straps eliminate the need for MOLLE attachment of the FlatPack or FlatPack Plus to a plate carrier enabling the pack to become self-accessible and rapidly removable. With the FlatPack Piggyback Straps you no longer require a teammates assistance when accessing gear from your pack.
All FlatPack models directly integrate with any Haley Strategic Chest Rig or Placard (Micro Chest Rig, X Chest Rig, Heavy Chest Rig, TRMP Chest Rig, and MOLLE Placard Chest Rig) by using the included FlatPack Side Straps. When integrating a FlatPack and chest Rig or placard simply remove the FlatPack Shoulder Straps and Chest Rig Harness and attach the equipment using the provided FlatPack Side Straps.
