Multi Platform Radio Chassis Mk5

The Multi-Platform Radio Chassis (MPRC) Mk5 is a modular and scalable approach to radio retention that can accommodate a wide range of radio models. - The chassis is a three-part system that allows the internal dimensions of the MPRC to expand and contract as needed. With this wide fitment range, almost any radio model can be properly secured and ventilated while maintaining the full range of functions on the handset.  - The chassis backer is a semi-rigid board that can be mounted to Cummerbunds, Chest Rigs, and packs using its two MOLLE columns, or on the waist via the integrated belt pass-through. The board is stiff enough to provide a firm mounting surface for any radio and keep it immobile regardless of size. - The base of the MPRC Mk5 is a tri-flap battery cup that is MOLLE adjustable for height on the front of the chassis backer. - The MOLLE interface provides users with a wide range of adjustability without sacrificing any durability or structural integrity in the chassis. - The tri-fold flaps enable the user to swap batteries without removing the radio or unplugging any wires and can be resecured with an additional layer of redundancy via the fastex buckle that runs through the front.- The top strap can be threaded through the chassis backer in one of two slots to further accommodate the wide variety of radio sizes, and will help the user configure the MPRC Mk5 so that it does not impede buttons or toggles on the handset.   Recommended Radios for use with the MPRC Mk5 -       Persistent Systems MPU5 -       L3/Harris AN/PRC-163 -       L3/Harris AN/PRC-152 -       Thales AN/PRC-148 -       Motorola XTS 5000 -       Motorola APX 8000 -       Motorola APX 7000 -       & more… Smallest Recommended Radio Compatibility dimensions*5.5” Tall  - 2.75” wide  - 1.25” Deep Largest Recommended Radio Compatibility dimensions* 12+” Tall  - 4” wide  - 4” Deep *These dimensions be further expanded or retracted via micro adjustments to the Veclro on the battery cup and top strap. NOTE: While Baofeng and other similar products will fit in the MPRC Mk5, we recommend considering our Liberty Dynamics Flash Bang Pouch or SPUD POUCH for small handsets. It provides secure retention, and a much more compact solution for smaller radios. - [ CLICK TO VIEW OPERATOR GUIDE ]   If you are ordering for a MIL/LEO unit, please visit our GOVERNMENT SALES page for further info.

Expander Wing Mk-2

The Expander Wing Mk-2 was built as direct replacement for the original Spiritus Systems Micro Fight Expander Wing Set with a focus on enhancing the product’s functionality for Plate Carriers. - The wing attaches to a Micro Fight Chassis or 556 Placard with a hook & loop flap and can be mounted for increased storage capacity on a chest rig or under the Cummerbund of a LV-119. - Unlike its predecessor, the Expander Wing Mk-2 is completely reversible, and can be used on either the right or left side of the torso without any reduction in functionality or storage capacity. - Spiritus Systems sells the Expander Wing Mk-2 individually for end users who do not require a full set for their loadout. (Reminder: If you want a set of these, make sure to add TWO to the cart.) - Wings used for chest rigs are mounted to the soft loop field on the back side of the Micro Fight Chest Rig. They also utilize our unique loop over design that attaches to your Fat Straps to ensure a comfortable and stable attachment that will not sag even with heavy items placed inside. - When used in conjunction with plate carriers, the Expander Wing Mk-2 will integrate with both hook & loop and TUBES cummerbunds. - The wing features a TUBES bar pass-through so the cummerbund can be attached or separated without the need to remove the expander wing. - The Expander Wing Mk-2 is designed to hug the body which reduces their signature and securely holds items in place. - The base Expander Wing Mk-2 pocket depth is 6" however, the adjustable internal retention strap can be lengthened or shortened to create the perfect pocket depth for your items. - The top of the pocket also features double eyelets and a bungee retention kit, so radios and magazines remain secure during periods of movement. - The expander wing will hold most small & medium caliber rifle magazines as well as a variety of radio platforms like the MPU5, 152, 163, and smaller units like Motorola XTS 5000.      If you are ordering for a MIL/LEO unit, please visit our GOVERNMENT SALES page for further info.

Recovery Handle™ Mk2

The Recovery Handle™ Mk2 sets the standard for emergency casualty evacuation and recovery in non-permissive environments. We are proud to have teamed up with the Direct Action Resource Center to realize their long standing vision and innovative design. - The system provides a reliable and repeatable method for dragging a casualty off of the “X” or away from the objective. - Unlike other drag handle systems it transfers the force of the evacuation to the hips of the casualty. This prevents the Plate Carrier from striking them in face, or cutting off their airway. - Because the strap deploys to a greater length it allows the operator performing the evacuation to stand straight up which prevents fatigue and helps maintain situational awareness. - The Recovery Handle™ mounts directly to the LV-119 Rear Plate Bag, or your MOLLE compatible vest and can be deployed in seconds with a quick pull of the handle. - The Recovery Handle™ Mk2 internally retains the excess webbing that would normally be tucked into your MOLLE loops, giving you a clean and snag free solution. - The system can easily be repackaged which makes it ideal for resetting the handle while preforming multiple iterations of training. The Recovery Handle™ Mk2 now features removable Tegris® stays with directional snaps that will unlock when enough force is used during deployment. This ensures the Recovery Handle™ Mk2 will reliably deploy from the rear plate bag on an incapacitated individual every time.      NOTE: The Recovery Handle™ Mk2 DOES NOT INCLUDE the carabiner that will connect the system to the wearer's belt. We recommend the BFC (purchase separately here). If you decide to source your own belt carabiner, we recommend you use one with a proper load rating and safety features.   If you are ordering for a MIL/LEO unit, please visit our GOVERNMENT SALES page for further info.
